Mental health resources
Everyone has their limits. Little things add up or maybe you’re facing one major challenge that you can’t overcome yourself. No matter what it is, big or small, one thing or lots of things, it’s always OK to ask for help.

We provide free, confidential counseling sessions to students.
Concerned about a friend?
Anyone who is concerned about the safety or well-being of an IU student—including parents, IU faculty and staff, community members, and other students—can submit a confidential Care Referral about that person. If you are a student, you have the option of submitting a Care Referral to get help for yourself.
Neal-Marshall Black Culture Center The Black Culture Center has set up a Community Support Network that includes IU as well as community experts who are available in case of questions or if support is needed for a specific group or situation. There are multiple resources available to help you answer questions about voting or if you need assistance voting locally. Election Protection is a national, nonpartisan group available to answer questions and connect you with resources.
